Introduction

This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy reflects our commitment to responsible business practices that benefit our stakeholders, including customers, employees, suppliers, communities, and shareholders.

Code of Ethics

The Company believes that its reputation is of paramount importance in the efforts to create long-term value for its shareholders. In line with its core values, this policy obliges the Company to conduct its business in an ethical and legally responsible manner and in a financially, environmentally and socially responsible manner, while at the same time delivering sustainable value and strong financial performance. In this regard, strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures must be observed.

This policy applies to all colleagues in the Company, including the management team, permanent and temporary employees. It explains the Company’s commitment to the principles and standards of ethical behavior and responsibilities of colleagues in the performance of their work duties in order to put these principles into practice.
